  The worst customer service ever. Food was cold. Order was incorrect. The manager even had poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

  Applebee's is a decent chain. My family likes the Monday burger night and kids eat free on Tuesday. However, our service the past two visits have been lacking. Our daughter's food came before the appetizer and the appetizer came out about five minutes before the entree. Weird! I also had to send my burger back because it was medium and not medium well. But the waiter was professional and understanding. Bathrooms are clean (important with kids).

  I don't know if it was just this waiter, Daquan, but we had the slowest service. He came to the table all of thee times the entire hour and a half we were there. We waited for 15 minutes before we even saw him. It took another half hour before we got our drinks or our orders in. Many times we tried to get his attention and he walked right by us. He hovered by a table of his friends or was somewhere completely out of site. The food was only barely warm when he gave it to us 45 min from us placing our order. He only gave a "it's almost done" from across the walkway in passing. He barely spoke never giving a "how are you? What can I get for you? I hope you enjoy" or even a "you're welcome."
  After that he hovered over my boyfriend writing the receipt as if he was expecting something good.
  We also tried to get the attention of the general manager and he avoided us on multiple occasions.

  The wait time is ridiculous here. Spent 20 minutes sitting at a table before waiter came over to acknowledge we were even there then spent another hour before recieving our food. Not once did any of the waiters come to ask if we needed a refresher on our drinks. Only after we were visibly upset and ready to walk out did the waiter come say oh it will be right out.
