  One star is even too much for this restaurant. Our server, Alex or Alexander, was awful. He hardly wrote down our order. He didn't ask how we wanted our steaks cooked, we had to tell him as he was trying to walk away from the table. He never brought bread to our table.. The kitchen staff is just as bad. My salad came out full of the core of lettuce and wilted brown lettuce. My steak was rare with blood on the plate, when I ordered it medium well. Both of our potatoes were shriveled and overdone, as though they had been sitting for hours. I sent my steak back, and the same steak was brought back to me by the manager a full 20 minutes later. My husband was already done his meal. My baked potato, sour cream included were burning hot from being thrown under a heat lamp or in the microwave, instead of making me a new potato. This was the first time ever that we actually considered walking out on a meal. The manager did apologize for the steak not coming out right at first but left the table so quickly I couldn't even ask for bread or a better potato. Alexander never came back to check on anything or refill our drinks. By the time he did we just wanted to get the hell out of the restaurant. The hostess was every friendly when seating us, but after that, the service from both the waiter and the kitchen was absolutely horrible. We were not even offered compensation for the amount of time that it took. The Outback chain should be embarrassed that this location represents their business.

  The server we had, DJ, did very well when we went on Valentines Day. We were there early before the rush with our two tired boys. He was very conscious of our needs.
  
  The restrooms did repair. The toilets have brown marks on the inside. One of the soap dispensers didn't work and one of the faucets had too much pressure.
  
  Some of the servers need to be retrained and taught about their appearance and customer service. When asking for the restroom, I received a vague description. In the restroom, one of the servers was rushing to get us out of the way of the sink because she needed the soap from the only working dispenser so she grabbed my son's hands to help him wash it. (Not in a bad way but I could tell she was trying to get us out of the way thinking that assisting would be faster and helpful when instead it made his tantrum worse.)
  
  We were on the left side of the restaurant and many servers were seated there not being mindful that we can see them.

  We sat for 30 minutes and never got served. When they proceeded to wait on people who arrived 15 minutes after us we left. The host had the nerve to say he hoped we enjoyed our experience and have a great day! Went to the location in Bowie, got served right away and treated with respect. Don't ever go to the Largo, M.D. location.

  Must be out of business. I called their number for call-ahead seating....and they didn't pick up until 30-40 rings....and is was rolled over to carry-out. Even that fellow couldn't get the hostess station to pick up the phone....and yes he DID apologize. Doesn't surprise me....our last three attempts to eat there had excessive wait times * in a half empty restaurant!!*. Maybe it needs to be completely empty. They obviously are understaffed. No worries, Ruby Tuesday accommodated our hunger. The Coastal Trio is my favorite there and they recently updated to an amazing salad bar.

  I've never been to outback before but this was a bad first impression. Our waitress was nice but you can tell she was new so I'll give her a break. I ordered steak and shrimp. After a long wait I got my meal minus the shrimp. A couple of minutes later my shrimp came. but when I bit into it I realized it was raw! I instantly spit it out. Told the manager and he knocked $5 off my meal. I was expecting more because people can get really sick for eating under cooked shell fish.
